We strongly recommend that you bring everything on the kit list relevant to your chosen event. If you want to bring additional kit or equipment, you are more than welcome to but please be advised that we cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings.

Please also be advised of the current UK laws surrounding certain prohibited and restricted items such as knives. Full information can be found at https://www.gov.uk/buying-carrying-knives

As many of our instructors are ex-special forces military veterans, taking photos or videos is not always possible. Please speak to your lead instructor at the beginning of your course to see if they mind photos being taken.

Our courses aren’t a military boot camp. We don’t expect you to walk long distances carrying your kit. A basic level of fitness is all that is required.

Don’t worry. Many of the items on the kit list we have spares and are more than happy to lend to you free of charge. We only ask that you respect our kit as you would your own, give it a clean and make sure we get it back at the end of the course.

Some items such as sleeping bags and clothing do need to be professionally cleaned after use so we do charge a small fee for using these. Please get in touch and let us know your requirements.

Our FREE postage can take up to 20 days to arrive with you. We’re only a small company without the facility to hold onto large quantities of stock so the majority of our items come direct from our suppliers to you

If you haven’t received confirmation of your booking within 7 working days, please check through your spam or junk mail box to see if anything has arrived there.

If you still don’t have anything, please get in touch with us

All kit lists are located within the drop-down tabs in the description/write-up for each individual courses and can be downloaded, printed off and ticked as you pack everything.

If you don’t have everything on the list – don’t worry; we do hire out some of the less common stuff for a small charge. Get in touch with us for pricing

In the event that you need to amend your booking, we are more than happy to transfer your booking onto any other course we are running throughout the year. Amendments will incur a £10.00 fee which is necessary in order for us to cover the associated costs. We recommend that you provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can make our instructors aware of who to expect at each course.

Unfortunately if you fail to attend your course without letting us know for any reason, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event that your course is cancelled by us for any reason such as severe weather conditions or reasons outside of our control, we will offer an exchange onto any other course or a gift voucher for the amount paid. We will not offer a refund unless in extreme circumstances.

All of our items are fully guaranteed for 30 days. If you’re not happy with something, just let us know and we’ll arrange to get a replacement sent out or your money back.

Most of our courses start at 1000hrs but please check the specific course start time in the drop-down information on the course page. Try to arrive around 10-15 minutes before the start time of the course to give you enough time to park

As part of many of our survival courses, you’ll be eating wild food relevant to the time of year. That could be chickens, rabbits, pigeon, fish etc. If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance to find out what is on the menu!

Please note: On some survival courses, we do sometimes cull, prepare and cook livestock. You will be asked at the beginning of the course if this is something you want to be involved in, observe or not have any part in. You will be asked the same question again at the beginning of the activity.

If you have any dietary requirements, please list them on the checkout screen.
